    There has been many accounts of packages being returned to sender and/or refused entry into the destination country/state. Due to this reason most orders will be shipped out in multiple packages to reduce the risk of big orders not being received. Orders confirmed as lost, never received, returned to sender, held at customs, or refused entry can have a reshipment or refund.

    With the worldwide spread of the New Coronavirus infectious disease, measures such as the suspension of international mail has been taken by many countries/regions. As a result, the number of aircraft arrivals and departures have been significantly reduced or suspended. Due to the disruption in transportation routes, many countries and regions have had their postal systems severely disrupted or even suspended. 

    The number of air flights have been significantly reduced worldwide, therefore do expect delays in the arrival of your package(s).

    Will order that have been placed be shipped?

    Yes, orders that have been placed will be shipped, the handling time during this period are between 5-7 days. Shipping delays may or may not occur to your destination but we expect longer than usual times. Some parcels may arrive sooner, but most likely most will not arrive on time. We are not responsible for circumstances out of our control.

    Orders that have not yet been dispatched can be canceled and refunded if you do not wish to wait.

    Order that has been dispatched:

    Order that has been dispatched cannot be cancelled while the item(s) are in transit. Nevertheless, if the package is returned to sender, never received, or lost while in transit, we can attempt a reshipment or provide a refund. Rest assured that we will proceed with cancellation and refund accordingly if a package is returned or any of the above listed reasons.
