One of the most popular items in VIP Styling. Tsuna's are a symbol of protection.

The Tsuna were used to adorn the Danjiri "Carts" right at the entrance of the temple. (what they are meant to appear as) . This term Tsuna is taken from the word Shimenawa which is also used in Sumo to signify Yokozunas, (a large rope hanging above the entrance to Shinto temples to signal a sacred and pure place. (meant to ward off evil spirits).

The Fusa is adopted from Japanese religious temples and ceremonies. Fusa Kiku Knots are a symbol good fortune.

The Fusa Kiku Knots come in different decorative colors and are hung onto the corners of the Tsuriyane (Raised Roof) according to inter cordinal pointsl each symbolizing four seasons and four gods who protect inviolability of Dohyo.

The Fusa Knot is basically a tassel with the origins coming from the traditional Danjiri Festival in Osaka, Japan. It's design was originally meant to be a decorative charm that was adorned on the helmets of soldiers during ancient Japan as a form of "Good Luck Charm". More specifically, it is a religious (Shinto) symbol of Abundant Harvest (as indicated by Danjiri Matsuri). It is also derived from the Buddhist "Mystic Knot", which has no end, symbolizes the infinite wisdom of the Buddha.
